- Online booking is avaliable for pts of Dr. De Silva, Dr. Victor Onyebukwa, Dr. Theneshkumar. For other FD pt has to call clinic to book an appoinment
- DO NOT BOOK YEARLY CHECK-UP ONLINE. Please give our clinic a call if booking for consulting relating to work-related injury for the first time (WCB related), any forms/letters/notes, or for a complete physical check-up.
